Lots of things to talk about today! I'm going to list them here:

1 - I had my 2nd doctor appointment today. I heard the heartbeat for the first time! She didn't time it exactly but said it was about twice my heart rate and was around 130 beats per minute. This is one squirmy baby in there though because we were only able to hear it for about 10 seconds before it ran away from us and we couldn't find it anymore. Already giving me grief, this baby is! :) Checked the polyps and the doctor doesn't think there's anything to worry about there. My weight went up ever so slightly. At my very first appt I was 156, at my second one I was 152 and now I'm 157. I should start gaining some weight here in the next few weeks. Not that I want to or anything. :)

2 - I threw up this morning. I so thought I was done with this since I hadn't vomited for about 2-3 weeks. I think I let my stomach get too empty this morning and to the bathroom I went! I ate my breakfast right after that and have felt fine since. I just have to keep eating!!

3 - I'm not wearing my wristbands anymore! Maybe I should with this morning's activities, but I feel fine and am not nauseous anymore so I haven't wore them yesterday or today. Hopefully this lasts!

4 - I finally went back to the gym yesterday! I only walked for about 20 minutes but even that felt good. Of course, it's been so long since I've been there, and my lock is new, and I seem to forget everything these days, that I forgot the combination to my lock and had to have it cut off! Oh well. I didn't really care. I'll just get a new one. I'm going to try and get to the gym about 3-4 times per week. I mainly am going to be walking on the treadmill and maybe swim once a week too. I'm not going to be doing anything real strenuous, but exercise and being fit can help with labor and recovery.

So, that's my news!
