Here's an interesting article on another benefit of breastfeeding: click
here. I'm going to try to breastfeed. I've heard the first six weeks are horrible and that after that things start to go smoother. I've just heard so many reports that breast milk is better nutritionally for a baby than formula is so I'm going to try hard to make this work. Of course, if it doesn't, that's okay too. I was mostly formula-fed (something I discovered recently!) and I seem to be doing okay. I'm not obese. I don't have diabetes and my cholesterol levels have all been fine when checked. But why not try to breastfeed if I can, right?
