Happy Birthday Daddy! I hope you had a good day on Saturday!

Annika has a third tooth! It popped through yesterday. I felt a tiny little bump when ran my finger on her upper gum. Her top right incisor has broke through. She's going to have a goofy little grin now!

Annika slept like an angel last night. I went to bed around 10:30-11pm and Kris brought her in to me shortly after that. (She always starts sleeping in her crib, for safety, and then joins me after I go to bed) She only woke up once, around 1:30-2am and the next thing I knew, my alarm was going off (at 5:30am, however)! She slept through it as she always does and was still sleeping when I left this morning! Hopefully her tooth was bothering her sleeping and she'll sleep for longer stretches now.

Annika did the funniest thing yesterday. We were at Granmda Pat's house visiting and Grandma and Annika were playing on the floor. Annika was crawling after the remote that Grandma was moving across the floor. Grandma was sitting on the floor with her leg outstretched but bent up a bit. She moved the remove under her knee and Annika got down on her belly, pressed her ear to the floor and searched for the remote under Grandma's leg. It was hilarious! Then, when she saw that it was on the other side, she went up and over Grandma's leg to get it. She's one smart cookie, my girl is!

Saturday, Annika went to Uncle Dusty and Aunt Kim's house to play with them and Aunt Carrie while Kris and I went to see - what else - Star Wars, Episode 3. Afterwards, we spent the day at their house and then they, plus Grandma Lona and Grandpa Dale joined us at our house for a barbecue. This was all in celebration of Kris's birthday.
