Annika is just this amazing little person. She continues to learn and grow and show off new skills all the time. She talks in sentences now, like "Daddy, where are you?" And she can count up to 12 or 13, even including seven now! And she can identify every letter of the alphabet. We're working on colors and shapes but she knows what a heart and star is. We're working now on circle and square, etc. And if Kris and I actually wanted to try, we could probably potty train her. She already uses the potty each day after lunch and breakfast. Daddy has made it part of her routine. I've even bought her itty bitty little underwear. So cute! But, we're not tackling that project just yet.

The last two nights we've watched Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" reality show. Both nights Annika has asked me to get up and dance around the living room with her when the show is on. She loves grooving on down to the music. And it's so fun to watch her dance! However, when we dance together she wants to hold hands and spin in circles. Mommy can only do that so many times before she is dizzy and needs to sit down. Annika could spin for days, I swear. Man, she is so fun!

Tomorrow we are having a 30th birthday party for me and there will be lots of kids for Annika to play with. I'm sure she's going to love it!
