So in my panic yesterday of "Oh my god I don't have anything to write about, think Kristina THINK!", I totally forgot to tell you that Wednesday we brought Annika to the dentist. OK, she didn't actually have an appointment herself, she just came and observed Kris' appointment. She watched him get his teeth cleaned and polished and watched the dentist do her thing. There were a couple times when she asked "Daddy?" in a "I'm a little concerned about what is going on here" way so we reiterated that Daddy was getting his teeth cleaned and that it was okay and look, Daddy's waving at you and such. Of course each time the hygentist or dentist would look at her or talk to her she would bury her face in my chest. Girl is getting a little shy towards strangers or people she hasn't seen in a while. If you give her some warm up time she is just fine. Anyway, what was I talking about? Oh yes, dentists. We'll probably keep bringing her with us each time we go so when it's her turn, she's not nervous and knows what to expect.

We have a busy weekend coming up with 3 parties to go to tomorrow and dinner with Andrew and Katie (neighbors) on Sunday. I think Sunday afternoon after picking up Grandpa and Marcia from the airport, we're going to go shopping for a new digital camera. Yay! Birthday presents for me!
