I did it. I removed all the tags from the new clothing that I've purchased for baby boy. It's all ready to be laundered tomorrow night. I'm 33 weeks now and am pretty confident that if he were born, he'd make it. (knocks on wood, avoids black cats, etc.) This is my last baby related task until after Christmas. Do this last load of laundry, which includes his going home from the hospital outfit, get it put away and then rest for Christmas. After Christmas I'll wash any clothes he gets from Santa, pack my hospital bag, clean the car seat and get it installed and then - then - it will be okay for him to come. I will be full term on January 7th and that isn't that far away anymore! There's other miscellaneous things I need to do like clean the swing and bouncy seat and baby bjorn but those aren't essential so I'm not going to worry about them. I'll get them done in January some time. I'm feeling like we might be getting close to ready at home and that helps my stress level. Of course not having a name isn't helping but Kris is reading through a baby name list right now so at least we're working on it.
